Answers To Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Why does my browser ask for QuickTime when viewing your web pages?
QuickTime is an application that I use to add sounds, photos, and movies to web pages. QuickTime plug-ins (useful additions for most major browsers) are free.
Note: If you are using Windows and Internet Explorer 5.55 SP2 or greater, QuickTime plug-ins (as well as others) are no longer supported. In order to view QuickTime content, you must use ActiveX control. If you have specific questions about Microsoft products and their lack of support for QuickTime, contact Microsoft.
2. Would it be possible to have a text-only version of your web pages?
Actually, if you do not want images to load, you can change your browser preferences accordingly.
3. Why do you use Macs?
Macs are, in our experience, more user-friendly, very reliable, and a joy to use for work and play. Our Macs are our friends!
